Pictures
The basic
price of the advertisement includes 4 photographs.
Additional photographs are charged at Esc 2000$00
each (a one-off cost, which is not payable on
renewal).
The Internet is a very visual medium and good
photographs can make all the difference. Please
choose photographs that are as sharp and bright
as possible. We can accept normal prints through
the post (these will be returned) or JPEG or TIF
images via e-mail.
Prices
per week
Full
details of prices and the months or dates to which
they apply should be given so that holidaymakers
can see at a glance how much any given week will
cost them. If you charge different amounts according
to the number of people, this should also be stated.
Any discounts, e.g. long winter lets, can be
mentioned above the price block.
Accommodation
Please give full details of
accommodation, i.e. whether the bedrooms are double,
twin or single, facilities in the kitchen such
as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and
fridge/freezer. If extra accommodation is provided
in the way of sofa beds in the lounge please include
this. Air-conditioning or central heating should
be mentioned if you have this.
Outside
Include gardens, patios, barbecue,
outdoor furniture, etc. If you have swimming pool
please include the size, if possible and do not
forget to mention if it can be heated in the cooler
months.
Animals
& Pets
Whether
or not these are permissible.
Distance to coast/beach and distance to Airport
Please
give an approximate time or distance including
the name of the nearest airport.
Car
Hire
This is intended to let the
holidaymaker know if a car is essential or not.
Changeover
Day
Give your preferred
day for arrivals and departures.
